Vectra XT

Vectra® XT 3D Imaging

One of the ways our doctor works to achieve exceptional surgical outcomes is by employing an innovative imaging device known as VECTRA® XT. Utilized during the consultation process, this state-of-the-art system enables a three dimensional photograph of the patient’s body, breasts, or face to be taken and projected in detail on an in-office monitor. Once displayed, the ultra-high resolution picture can be modified using VECTRA®’s modeling software to demonstrate the type of results that can be realistically achieved with various surgical approaches. For example, breast augmentation patients are able to choose from a number of implant options to view how their breasts may look after surgery with various implant sizes and shapes. For those interested in facial rejuvenation and/or body contouring, Dr. Broumand can illustrate how particular changes to certain characteristics or aesthetic concerns will impact the overall appearance of the targeted region.

Ultimately, our physicians’ aim is to help every individual comprehensively understand their treatment options and potential outcomes prior to moving forward with surgery. VECTRA® XT not only significantly strengthens doctor-patient communication, it enables our plastic surgeon to streamline treatment planning and establishing clear expectations—all of which has led to extremely high rates of satisfaction among patients at our practice.
